ChopCheap, operated by Zedi International, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on ChopCheap Pro. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net, look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, and follow the refund instructions; or
- Contact us through the support channel listed in the Service and we'll help you raise the request with Paddle.
After the 30-day window
After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you can cancel at any time from your account page and you will keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
Exceptional cases
Even outside the 30-day window, refunds may be granted in exceptional cases (e.g. duplicate charges, billing errors, or where required by applicable consumer law). Contact us or Paddle directly and we will work with you in good faith.
Chargebacks
Please contact us or Paddle first before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer — we can usually resolve issues faster directly.
